I also provide you with short, easy-to-follow routines that you can do on your own, so that you will develop an autonomous personal home practice, one that you can take with you anywhere, anytime, for the rest of your life.
If you are a more experienced student looking to deepen your understanding of yoga, a private session can be a turning point for us to move beyond habits that are no longer serving you and discover proper alignment techniques that will set the stage for radical future progress.
